Dear Colleagues,
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 26th Annual Fall Scientific Meeting of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, taking place October 9–12, 2025, at the beautiful Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas.
This year’s program brings together leading experts from around the world to share cutting-edge research, thought-provoking debates, and hands-on education in the field of sexual medicine. Whether you are a seasoned clinician, a researcher, a trainee, or a first-time attendee, you’ll find this meeting packed with opportunities to learn, connect, and grow.
We kick off Thursday morning with a diverse selection of pre-meeting courses:
- Androgens and Peptides (4 hours)
- BPH Surgery in Sexual Medicine Practice (2 hours)
- Office-Based Procedures in Sexual Medicine (2 hours)
Running in parallel are the Basic Science Symposium and an expanded ISSWSH session, now featuring a full morning of programming, as well as the Fellows Session. The main program begins at 1:00 PM with the CME announcement and our keynote address, followed by sessions from our international society partners (ESSM, MESSM, ISSM), the debut of our VJSM Video Session, and the inaugural Mental Health Symposium. Thursday concludes with the Presidential Lecture and Opening Ceremony, and then it's time for some fun with SMSNA Family Feud and our Welcome Reception.
Friday’s program begins with a Non-Surgical Plenary Session highlighting mental health, survivorship, supplements, and the highly anticipated AUA/SUFU/AUGS guideline on Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause. The day continues with concurrent sessions on BPH/incontinence, reconstruction, special populations, and hormones. Afternoon podium presentations will focus on fertility, reproductive health, erectile dysfunction, and Peyronie’s disease. We’ll close out the day with the APP Networking Session, Mental Health Mixer, and Speed Mentoring, capped off by the Foundation Event.
Saturday kicks off with the Surgical Plenary, covering innovations in FSD surgery, genital aesthetics, prosthetics, and a spirited debate on Peyronie’s disease management. Later sessions explore Genitopelvic Pain, Sex and Prostate Cancer, and a special session on the Life and Business of Sexual Medicine, including practice optimization, career fulfillment, AI integration, and risk mitigation. New this year is the Innovation in Sexual Medicine session—highlighting emerging therapies and spotlighting future leaders in the field. Saturday will also feature a Spanish-Language Session in collaboration with SLAMS, as well as multiple abstract sessions. We’ll close the day with the SMSNA Business Meeting and Young Clinicians Mixer.
Before heading home, we invite you to join us Sunday morning for a relaxed Networking Breakfast—a perfect way to wrap up the meeting with new friends and old colleagues.
This year’s meeting reflects the breadth and depth of our field, offering something for everyone—from foundational science to practical clinical pearls to forward-looking innovation. On behalf of the SMSNA Board, I look forward to welcoming you in person this October for a meeting filled with rigorous academic exchange, collegiality, and the unmistakable spirit of SMSNA.
Warm regards,

26th Annual SMSNA Fall Scientific Meeting
