Fellowship Overview
This is a comprehensive male reproductive medicine and surgery experience. High volume microsurgery, penile prosthetics and Peyronie’s surgery. Virtually no general urology. Faculty call 2-3 weeks a year, no trauma. High clinic volume, 100 patients a day, even mix of hypogonadism, sexual medicine and infertility. Excellent clinical support with scribes, APPs and clinical research team. Must have California medical license, option for moonlighting. High level of autonomy for ambitious, skilled fellows.

Research Focus
Multiple clinical and basic science studies in all aspects of reproductive medicine. Primary focus in Peyronie's disease, hypogonadism, erectile dysfunction with ongoing studies in semen parameters. Fellows often jump on longitudinal projects and mentor residents. Med students to present at SMSNA, AUA and ASRM.

Full clinical and surgical exposure to male reproductive medicine and surgery with focus on male factor fertility, hypogonadism, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie's disease, Xiaflex and ejaculatory disorders.

Conference Schedule
Weekly Grand Rounds, resident teaching quarterly, fellows funded for SMSNA, AUA and any conference within reason they have accepted presentations at during tenure at UCLA. Monthly endocrine conference, quarterly Reproductive Endocrine Conference, annual UCLA Star of the Art.

Fellowship Application
Interested candidates are encouraged to visit Los Angeles for an onsite interview and spend a day or two in the clinic and operating room with faculty and current fellows. On-site interviews are generally conducted through the Fall/Winter.
