This week, we are proud to be invited to attend the SGSU (Society of Government Service Urologists) 71st ANNUAL JAMES C. KIMBROUGH UROLOGICAL SEMINAR taking place in Memphis, TN. SMSNA President, Dr. Toby Köhler will be giving an SMSNA State of the Art Lecture on the Findings of the Princeton 4 Guidelines: ED, MI, & PDE5i's and Past President Dr. John Mulcahy will be giving a talk on the Management of Prostheses Complications and Infections.
We are also proud to acknowledge the service of LTC Carolyn A. Salter, MC, our Membership Committee Chair who is actively involved as a moderator and will give a talk entitled "A Critical Analysis of the Utility of Low-Intensity Shockwave Therapy for Erectile Dysfunction: Methodological Analysis and Limitations."
Coming in February, SMSNA has been invited to the European Society of Sexual Medicine's Congress taking place in Vienna, Austria. Dr. Bernie will present the SMSNA lecture on What's New in Prosthetic Urology and Dr. Yafi will moderate a panel discussion with Drs. Köhler, Trost, Khera, and Bernie on Challenging surgical cases on penile prosthesis and Peyronie's Disease. Case #1: 62-year-old man with 75 degree dorsolateral curvature and ED and Case #2: 56-year-old diabetic male with 45 degree ventral curvature and hourglass deformity.
