Fellowship Program
The Fellowship Program Committee oversees the SMSNA Fellowship Program, ensuring its growth and quality. Its main function is to advise the society on enhancing the program, attracting fellows to sexual medicine, and ensuring that all programs meet established qualifications. The committee also provides educational content to broaden fellows' exposure to various sexual medicine topics. Key responsibilities include regularly evaluating endorsed programs, reviewing and scoring fellowship applications, developing curriculum requirements, ensuring the quality of educational content, reviewing program evaluations, and maintaining the accuracy of the SMSNA Fellowship website. Key events and activities include the annual Fellowship Bootcamp, virtual activities, educational sessions at the Annual Fall Scientific Meeting (such as the Fellowship to Practice and Social Networking sessions), and the Fellowship Breakfast at the SMSNA Scientific Program at AUA.
