The SMSNA Committee on Health Advancement and Impact (CHAI) is dedicated to strengthening representation, access, and growth within the field of sexual medicine. CHAI leads initiatives that expand mentorship opportunities, foster professional development, and build meaningful partnerships with national organizations to broaden the society’s reach and influence.
The committee also develops educational resources and supports programs that help clinicians address evolving areas of care, including culturally competent and responsive care across all genders and sexualities. By fostering workforce development and sparking interest in the field, CHAI helps cultivate the next generation of leaders in sexual medicine.
Through these efforts, CHAI amplifies voices from across the community and creates pathways for advancement that drive both individual success and lasting impact in sexual medicine.
